Junior Analyst Position

Job Description:

Broad Street Capital Advisors, LLC is currently seeking a full-time junior level analyst. Potential candidates should have an accounting or finance degree. Strong analytical, communication, organizational and writing skills are a must. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manager/Fund Due Diligence Reporting - Create and update templates in Zephyr Style Advisor, a returns-based style analysis software, to be presented to private, institutional and corporate clients.
• Portfolio Accounting System Maintenance - Download data and prepare daily reconciliation reports for portfolio accounting system, PortfolioCenter (formerly Centerpiece).
• Monthly Account and Portfolio Performance Computations - Using PortfolioCenter, update individual account and consolidated portfolio returns and export reports to client file stored on corporate network.
• Client Portfolio Allocation Rebalancing - Update portfolio account values and make rebalancing recommendations based on market movements, changes in model portfolios or client cash addition/withdrawal needs.
• Administrative Support Duties

Successful candidate should be willing to obtain Series 7 brokerage license immediately after hire and begin progress toward CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation. Prior experience reconciling and accounting for financial transactions is preferred, but not required.
