- Recommend investment changes and/or additions
- Create and help maintain a fiduciary file to house all documentation
Employee services:
- Select a provider's premixed portfolio series that gradually grows more conservative as employees age, and/or
- Apply the asset allocation strategies of our institutional consulting group by creating managed accounts for participants
- Simplify the investment and savings process
- Increase overall participation and deferral percentages
- Assist the plan sponsor with internal communications and employee education efforts
